Booking and Cancellation Policies
Booking: Parents are required to book babysitting services at least 24 hours in advance, where possible. Last-minute bookings may be accepted based on babysitter availability.
Cancellation: Parents must cancel babysitting services at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee of 50% of the agreed-upon rate.
No-Show Policy: If a parent fails to show up or does not notify the babysitter of their absence, the full agreed-upon fee will still apply.

Parent Responsibilities
Providing Necessary Supplies: Parents should ensure that necessary supplies, such as food, diapers, medications, and any items required for the child’s comfort and safety, are provided.
Clear Instructions: Parents must give clear instructions on any special requirements, routines, or activities the babysitter should follow.
Respect for Babysitter’s Time: Parents are encouraged to respect the agreed-upon start and end times and notify the babysitter if there are any changes.

Safety and Health Guidelines
Emergency Contacts: Parents are required to provide emergency contact information, including the child's doctor, a trusted neighbor, and any other relevant details.
Health Conditions: Parents should inform the babysitter of any allergies, medical conditions, or special care needs the child may have. This information should be updated regularly.
First Aid Training: All babysitters must have current First Aid and CPR certification. Babysitters should bring a First Aid kit to every session.
Child Supervision: Babysitters must ensure that children are supervised at all times, including monitoring activities and ensuring they do not engage in dangerous behavior.
